Hello list, I am new to this list. I am trying to trace relatives of my late wife's first husband. He was a Joseph Douglas Moock whose mother was Lillian Marie Craig b. April 10, 1898, I understand in Knoxville, TN. Her father whose given name is unknown to me was born on a reservation in Tennessee and was a full blooded Cherokee Native American. He died before December 03, 1921. He married ? (Unknown) who was the daughter of an English Minister, name and denomination unknown. Besides Lillian Marie, he had 3 other children: F. (I believe a male); Viola and Mary Craig. Lillian died in Huntington, Suffolk County, NY on January 31, 1981. I know this is sparse information and may not be enough to lead me to Lillian's father, but I am in hopes it will. Lillian's great grandchildren, two young females carry the 1/16th Cherokee blood and is the reason for my search. Thanking you in advance for any information that is possible to send.
