No, as far as I know William only had one family. He was born in Arkansas and died there, temporarily coming to the St. Louis area where he met Caroline Grueneberg. As far as Ruth's family, I do not know who she married, but am assuming her or her brother Joseph ended up in California. Thanks for trying though!
