John - I think I may be one of the culprits. I had asked you a couple of weeks ago how to do that and you had explained clearly but then when I tried to delete everything beneath the message, the entire message was deleted. When I get a message, it does not say "Footers", it says "--------------Headers-------------------", followed by at least 28 or 30 lines of "Return Path:, Received from, Resent-Date, X-Priority, X-MSMail, etc." I would love to know how to print out an e-mail without getting one or two extra pages of text I don't need. I've been wasting a lot of ink and paper lately. Thanks again for a re-explanation. Barbara
