I tried something different and it seems to work. (I am on AOL) Highlight what you do want to either send or print, then hit reply. You can then either send a note with only this information included or you can go to FILE and print what shows on this "reply" note. Seems like a little less work and you have something in a form to either print or send. What do you think? Diane
