Your post and the reply interested me, as I thought it might help with my g-grandmother's ancestry. Her name was Pearl, she m. Henry R. Rushing in Dyer Co., Tennessee, but her name on the marriage record is illegible. The bond was signed by what looks like I. or J. C. Craig, and her niece (my grandmother's first cousin) said she was a member of the Craig family. She divorced my g-grandmother, and gave custody of her two children to him. She later remarried, and last anyone heard was living in MO. What interested me most, is that the reply to you post referred you to the Rev David Craig and his wife Elizabeth. I had been looking at this family, as in 1880 they had a 4 year old named Mary Pearl living in the household, id'ed as a granddaughter. Also in the household is a Bettie Hart, a stepdaughter, which I believe indicates this is the household you were referred to. Who exactly! is your Pearl Irene (Craig) Warren, and how does she fit in this family. Do you know anything about the Turner male in this same household in 1880 who is identified as a brother in law?
