They were married in Wayne County, Ohio on June 20, 1820. Not sure of birthplace though it seems likely Pennsylvania. The family had 12 kids and moved about 1846 to Washington County, Iowa where William homesteaded. Then in 1857 William claimed bounty land in Cass County, Iowa for serving in the War of 1812. Sarah died in Cass County, Nebraska March of 1870 and William in the 1860's with burial place unknown. The children are John T. Craig b.abt 1822 in Ohio, Agnes C. Craig b. Nov. 11, 1823 in Wayne County, Ohio m. Robert Martin in Washington County, Iowa, Mary Gillen Craig b. Mar. 25, 1825 in Wayne County, Ohio m. Matthew Dill Ritchey, Margaret G. Craig b. abt. 1829 in Ohio m. Young, Rebecca Craig b. abt. 1830 in Ohio, Jane L. Craig b. abt. 1832 in Ohio, William W. Craig b. abt. 1833 in Ohio m. Lydia J., Josiah Craig b. abt. 1839 in Ohio, Joseph Craig b. July 26, 1842 in Wayne County, Ohio, Sarah Ann abt. 1846 in Iowa, plus 2 other children with no known info. I would love to know about Sarah's parents and her siblings. McClaran is how the name is spelled on the marriage index for Wayne County, Ohio but other variations might fit. Her "Christian" name was "Suzy/Susie(Susan?)". Joseph's wife was named Leeoma Savanah Chast(-ain, -een or -ine). She had two brothers, John and Joseph (who married a Josie (maiden-name unknown) and had a child with the initials J.F. Chast(-ain, -een or -ine). I've talked to someone who has a Josephine Leeoma Chastain and a James F. Chastain who married a Josie Goss. I've found another lead: Jasper Craigg of Lee Co., AL had a son Joseph W. Craigg who moved to Muscogee, GA (these names match some of mine).
