Surnames: Cowden, Sutton, Parcels, Wood, Kimbrough, Jones, Dean Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/nFQ.2ACEB/172 Message Board Post: I am trying to find more information about my grandmother, Bessie Cowden, wife of Walter Sutton who lived in Columbia, Boone County, MO around 1907. They had these children: Harriet Emeline, Lee, Adrian, Orval, Henry and Opal. My mother was Harriet(Hattie) who married Everett Parcels in Jefferson City, MO around 1927. The children were separated from their parents and my mother was raised by a family named Morrison in Sullivan Co, MO. Orval Sutton was in the Navy during WWII. Henry lived in the Jefferson City, MO. Lee lived in Gardner KS. Adrian died young. Opal lived in Columbia, MO before she died. I never met either grandparent and I don't know where they were buried. Any help greatly appreciated.
