Happy Holidays everyone I finally progressed one more generation into my Cowden line. William Cowden living in VA married Elizabeth Snanely (1790-1854) of Dutch Descent. He had four sons: James 1810, Amos 1816, John 1818, Eli 1832-1863. Daughters: Polly 1814 who married S. Wolfe; Catherine 1825-1852 married R. Crabtree; and Rachel 1812 married N. Harris.
