He finally just got all of the birth and death certificates (ORDERED FROM THE STATES NOT THE COUNTIES), marriage certs, and the application and mailed them in. He notice before he mailed them that the birth/death certs had a handwritten number on them in different areas on the certs before he mailed them. When he got the answer back from the Nation, his CDIB card was enclosed, and when he got to checking the CDIB numbers for each ancestor, they were the handwritten numbers from the certs!!!! The States don't know what these numbers are, so they can't tell you about them. Check your certificates!!!!!
