Wow, I found out about the most useful site tonight, IGI Batch Numbers - British Isles at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~hughwallis/IGIBatchNumbers.htm Hugh Wallis deserves enormous thanks for putting up this site, which provides a very simple way of searching the online version of the IGI for any region of the British Isles, broken down by region/country, county, parish, and the batch numbers that cover each parish or partial parish/county.
