This is My Cowan Family...a very hard line to trace...William L. was not Harveys father, he was his grandfather adopted by him before the age of 5 or 6. William L. moved Harvey to New York... I am searching for Harvey's parents. This is my Great,Great-Grandfather...I have no idea where to look in Minnesota for his birth records, as he left that state at a very young age. The child of Harvey W. Cowan, William...had my grandfather, Harvey Webb Cowan, who died an only child at the age of 23, in Texas, married to my grand mother Virginia Mae Rothwell.
