He was born 28 Nov .1916 in Palco kansas. My grandfather was Claud Cowan. Grandfather was born in Missouri. My dad had only sisters. One set was older than him, a single birth sister after him, and again a set of twin girls. There were six children. My grandmothers name was Mildred Mae Miller. Grandfathers parents were Andrew Cowan and Lucy Dowdy. My grandparents were both born in Missouri. They went to Kansas then to Oklahoma and then to California. My grandfather is buried in Missouri and my grandmother is buried in California. At the time of my grandfathers death they were not married. She married several times and it is unknown if grandfather evear remarried. I at this time do not know of other siblings for my grandfather.
