He was adopted and his name got changed to Schram but he was born a Cowan. His brother's and sister were Richard Norman Cowan, Nancy Cowan, and Ernie Cowan (i believe they were all adopted and by different families. William' was born 24 Mar 1937 in Detroit, MI and he died 27 Oct 2005 in Algoma Township, MI. Richard Norman was born 22 Jan 1935. Ernie died of a brain tumor. Nancy died of cancer too. I believe Richard (known as "Dick") was married to someone named Carol and he was adopted and given the last name "Scott" so it would've been Richard Norman Scott. William married three times and I'm not sure of the name of the first wife, but his second was Yolanda, and his third was Carol Ann. That's all I have...if anyone knows anything. It's my husband's line and there are so many adoptions that it makes it hard.
