Isabel Cowan (born October 25, 1768) married about 1791 William Baskin (born January 6, 1768, perhaps Augusta County, Virginia and died January 27, 1838, Gwinnett County, Georgia). William Baskin was the son James Baskin and Margaret Pickens who resided in Abbeville District, South Carolina.
