Cowan born 25 Jan 1909 in Locust Grove Oklahoma do not know who her parents were. She married Louie Emmit Graham they lived in Arvin California had 8 or 9 children. She died 13 March 2001 buried inArvin District Cemetery. Thanks for any help.
