There was an error in my last email -- call it a senior moment. I am interested in Robert Cowan. It has been suggested to me that Robert Cowan and Nancy (Rutledge) Cowan may have been the parents of my Andrew Cowan (1755 - 1814) and the John Cowan who married Nancy Gilmore (not Gibson).
