Hi - I am looking for Cowans who may have lived in the area of West Deer, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania or Amstrong, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. I have Sarah Carnahan who was named as Sarah Cowan in her father, James Carnahan's will in 1808. Sarah was probably born about 1785. I would appreciate any help or leads. Linda Hansen
