I don't hace anything on William. I know Jeanne was born 3/6/1887 in Glasgow, Scotland. Daughter of Charles and Ann Cowan. Jeanne came in the early 1900's to live with ehr uncle William after his wife died. He was living in Brookville, Jefferson County, PA at the time. Any links?
