I apologize! After sending my last e-mail I found my 1900 census entries for 1900 Mooers. Otis is definitely listed for William and Phoebe COVEY, married 16 yrs in 1900, and he was born March 1883, and he died 26 Jul 1905 at Clinton Mills after being kicked in the head by a horse. Could he possibly be living there, but child of William and Susan? Phoebe, his mother, if the 1900 census is correct, would have been about 14 when Otis was born.
