Sam COVEY Sr was not born in Alburg, VT -- he was of Washington Co, NY in the mid 1770's. More likely was born in CT. He married a Susanna, but it is felt this was his 2nd wife, as he had 19 children between 1772 and 1815. Quite a feat if one woman pulled that off. He died in Alburg, not in Huntingdon Co, QC.
