I enjoy buying lovely old pictures like these (with names on the back and locations on the front) from antique dealers and locating descendants/family members so that I can re-unite them, for only my costs, with people who will treasure them. The picture was taken in approximately 1890 + or - a few years, and it was taken by the Huebinger Studio, 600 Main st., Peoria, IL. Frank is wearing a shirt, tie, vest and outercoat. He has brown hair, and wears a mustache. The picture is in very good condition and is an original (not a copy), although it seems to be dimming a bit after these 110 years. The picture is 4-1/4” x 6-1/2” and is mounted on heavy cardboard as was typical during those days.
