Noble COVEY listed in the 1783 Caroline Co MD Tax Assessment List. In 1793 he married in Guilford Co NC Does anyone know of his whereabouts between 1783 and 1793 ? I have checked the 1790 census in MD NC and VA with no luck. Any help is appreciated. My many thanks, Jo
