I'm not sure if Samuel B. is a grandson of Joseph and Theodesia (Hooker) Covey. Will do some more checking. I found in the Woodlawn (Village) Cemetery in Newfane, Windham Co., VT the following: Covey Philetus 1831-1916 Prusha 1829-1914 John H. 1859-1936 Ida L. 1856-1932 [Philetus is a son of Joseph, Jr and Lucy (Pierce) Covey (grandson of Joseph & Theodesia Covey)]. Prussia was a Thomas from Chesterfield, NH. John H. is their son.] Enos Thomas died Dec 1 1881 ae 80 y 6 m Martha wife of Enos Thomas died Mar 16 1891 87 yrs [Enos and Martha are the parents of Prussia (Thomas) Covey] Lucius P. son of P.C. & P.W. Covey died Mar 12 1835 Lenora F. dau of P.C. & P.W. Covey died ??? 1872 (Stone broken and repaired with metal strips) Joseph N. Covey - Civil War Marker with flag Jan 2 1826 - Oct 12 1892 A member of Co C 9th Reg Vt Vols Sarah V.
