Continuing in the vein of family stories of dubious validity, I can add my own Daniel FORD, said to be half-brother to my ggfather George RADLEY (born 1861), who arrived in Boston sometime in the 1880s. Both were said to have fled Ireland for burning down a constabulary and were en route to Canada when a local Irish-American politician got them off the boat. I've never managed to find *any* corroboration in the American or Irish records, but one never knows. Happy hunting, Ed At 19:36 +0000 1/7/03, jane joy wrote: >Thanks for the info.
