Hello Edgar, I just wish I had as much information as you about your Ancestors. I have lots of lists of the FITZGERALD Family of Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Kilkenny but still cannot find any history of my g/g/grandfather TIMOTHY FITZGERALD and his father REDMOND. Timothy and his daughter MARYANN are shown in the Swansea Censuses from 1841 and I have all the history from then on. with Maryann m ThomasHOOLEY in 1857. Incidently Tim was born in 1784 . and Maryann b.1836 both Ireland and he was a widower in 1841. Amongst the lists of Fitzgeralds, I have found names with "the devil" written after them. Do you or any other person knows why this is so. Would love to know. Anyway any help would be appreciated but the dates should be before 1836 back to 1700 if possible. Many thanks, Kind regards, Mary in Nth Queensland where the weather is stinking hot and very humid at 8.30 am ----- Original Message ----- From: "Edgar M (Russ) Bralley" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, January 28, 2007 6:32 AM Subject: [COUNTYCORK] Clerical Records of Cork,Cloyne and Ross is searchable and online! > Friends (and especially April in Canada): > > Brady's Clerical Records of Cork, Cloyne and Ross in a searchable format > is > now available online as a Google book. Greetings Mary: Here are some pages I found online that reference Redmond Fitzgerald, several from Cork. Perhaps one of them is your man and hopefully might help you. Double click on the links to explore.
