While the microfilm is available from LDS library they have the earlier records from this volume on their website - I put in the name Patrick Healy and came up with several from Ballyvourney to find - go to www.familysearch.org click advanced search Click search on International Genealogical Index Put in Healy or Healey British Isles - Ireland - Cork then the batch number . You do not need to put in first name - I had 183 listed - click on name and it will usually give both parents with mother's maiden name. C700761 - seems to be the records from 1810-1868 I found three children with these parents Tim in 1830, an unnamed child in 1856 along with your Julia. Later records would be in the civil registration some of which is on line there also. Good luck - you may have already tried this.
