My ancestor, Timothy Broderick, who emigrated from Ireland to Quebec about 1840-1843 is listed on his marriage record in Montreal in 1843 as being from County Cork. Family notes refer the location to be Waterbury, Watsbury, or Waterford. Does anyone know of a similar sounding place name in Co. Cork? I have been unsuccessful thus far in finding anything.
