Hi Geoff - this seems to be part of the Irish Family History Foundation which covers many of the counties of Ireland and operates through the county Heritage Centres. (HQ does appear to be Newbridge). You can look at their coverage and other information at: http://www.brsgenealogy.com/ or http://www.rootsireland.ie/ (renamed website) It is free to register and search but to view actual entries will cost 5 Euro per entry. Many listers will have used the search facility, often with success. However unless you have fairly specific search details it can be expensive. Hope that helps a little.
