Greetings from Sunny Texas, My wife's maiden name is Casey. The other day as I was going through some of her family memorabilia I found an account of their O'Casey clan written by Sean O'Casey-Mullingar. Some of the names in north Co. Cork go back to 1690. Unfortunately while there are several families delineated, there are few dates with which one can associate them. The manuscript is in 2 parts and includes 2 title pages, 8 typewritten pages of family history and an additional 4 pages of handwritten notes which take some effort to read. The question then is, "Is anyone out there interested in reading this manuscript?" Followed by, "If so, how to disseminate this manuscript?" I can scan it, but is there a genealogy site upon which to post it? Could it be posted in parts here? Dunno. Your thoughts? Merry Christmas and good hunting, Cliff. Margaret Grogan's website would be ideal if she is still adding to it. http://myhome.ispdr.net.au/~mgrogan/cork/ire.cork.htm Cherie ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cliff. I note that Margaret's site was last updated in 2004. Cherie > Greetings from Sunny Texas, > > My wife's maiden name is Casey. Cherie, Thanks! I've emailed Margaret. We'll see what happens. Cliff. Cliff I would be interested to look at them if they were posted somewhere. While I don't have Casey I have seen a vague reference to Casey with Rea my family name. Also interested in Bermingham/Birmingham popping up. Merry Christmas from Sydney Australia, where Santa has been overnight. Margaret
