    3. It's just up to the family. It's more than likely she's buried with the husband unless the grave was full or if her parents had family graves specifically bought for sons/daughters. Not necessarily, nor would she have had to have died in Midleton. It only means that Midleton was the registrar's district in which the place where she died was included. Registrar's districts even crossed county lines, so that someone who died in County Cork may have been registered in a district in Co. Limerick, for example.
