Hi Beverley, It really depends on what happens to be entered in the burial register - and that will vary for different churches and different time periods. Often you'll just get name and date. In my experience, more recent burials will often have age, and sometimes other things, like a description (wife of xxxx, infant child of xxxx) and/or residence. I haven't often seen much more than that, although you can strike it lucky and get a lot of information from an entry. I'd suggest you direct your question to the particular church concerned - or ask the List as someone may know about (even have access to) the particular church register you're interested in.
