Hi Listers, Seeking information on the family of my GG Grandfather, DENIS CONNOLLY. He was born in 1828, in ALLIHIES PARISH, BEARA PENINSULA, COUNTY CORK - son of TIMOTHY CONNOLLY and ELLEN DULIG/DUDLEY. Denis passed in 1871 in Allihies. His siblings were: JOHN - 1823, TIMOTHY - 1824, JAMES @1826 - MARGARET - 1832, QUINLAN - 1833, MARY - 1835, ELLEN - 1837. I know for certain that Timothy, Ellen and Mary came to Fall River, Massachusetts, and that James, and Mary [who married William Lehane] remained in Allihies., but do not know about John and Quinlan. Denis' sons, John, James and Denis remain a mystery to me, I don't know if they left Allihies. His wife Ellen Harrington and his daughters Ellen and Mary Anne, along with son Patrick, did come to Fall River, Mass. Do any of these folks sound familiar to anyone? Paula in Massachusetts
