    3. On his naturalization petition, my great great grandfather recorded Ballyard as his most recent residence before coming to the US. What appears to be his brother simply listed Cork. I can't find reference to Ballyard anywhere. Has anyone ever seen that as a parish or townland name? Thanks/

    3. There are 2 townlands called BALLYARD in Co. Cork. One each in the Civil Parishes of CLONMULT and BRITWAY. Clonmult is north of Midleton.
