    3. Judith, are you sure there were gravestones? You don't say how you were searching--by mail? you went to Ireland? Did you find their death certificates? That might give you more information, for instance the person present at their deaths. Sorry I do not know about the butter factory. Any assistance would be appreciated.My brother remembers a conversation when he was a child about the name of the place our forebears came from in Cork that was also the brand name of a butter, the butter factory being in the suburb (township) where they lived.
