You are not really getting blank messages. Sometimes aol and msn turn digests into attachments which you have to open. Rootsweb does not do this, your isp does. You need to talk to your isp about resetting your parameters if you don't want them to turn it into attachments. This is not something I, or Rootsweb, can help you with.
