I'm not sure where my gg grandparents, Patrick COLEMAN(b.c.1829) and his wife, Ellen CATON(?)(could be Katon/Keaton??)(b.c.1831) are from - but I'm guessing Cork way!! They settled in Northwich, Cheshire. Children - Mary, Denis & Sarah (I know of). The 1821 census (of Inching****) has a Denis COLEMAN (Head) and a Cornelius CATON (Head) not too far away from each other. If anyone comes across a marriage of this elusive pair (not the 2 men - obviously!!) could you please let me know. I'm beginning to wonder whether I'm part of a mass experiment!
