    3. For those of you who asked about this project to provide access to Church of Ireland (Anglican, Protestant) records in Cork, see the web address below. http://cork.anglican.org/Parishes_overview.htm They have only some computerized, but if you have a place and some vague dates as I had, they were very good at looking through unindexed film. I stress that I prepared for 6-10 years before having enough information to solicit the search. The set price for a restricted search is US$30. Better ask for other currencies. They do not have an email address for use in this project and expect you to deal with them by mail. I sent a brief register report from my database HEAVILY footnoted [spent a lot of time preparing them] so that they would not waste time looking at sources I had consulted. The first edition of John Grenham's TRACING YOUR IRISH ANCESTORS has the list of C of I films extant. The reason I used this service is that these were not LDS films and I had no way to see them in the USA. Just a reminder to new computer users: you don't need specific web addresses to find things. Just type what you are looking for into your search engine, and it will bring up the library, society, archives, service, whatever, in the first ten searches. Elizabeth KnowltonEW@Compuserve.com
