    3. Hi listers I am new to the list and would like to know if anyone tell me if there is a place in county cork called Ballyonane? Couldn't find it on the web site. The info I have is: Parish of Aghada,Diocese CY?? District of Midleton Hope you can help Bev Clarke

    3. Bev, BALLYONANE is just outside the town of Cloyne and is in the Parish of Cloyne. There may be a slight confusion with BALLYSOVANE in the neighbouring Parish of Aghada. In either case the relevant RC records are on file at MALLOW HERITAGE. If you can give me more detail of your interest, by e-mailing me off-list, I may be able to determine which is the townland of interest to you. I live on the other side of Cloyne in Castlemary.
