Kay, Like you, I wanted to visit Mallow Heritage Centre when we visited last May. Upon our arrival, we found the office to be in a building on the main street, but was told that the researcher was on vacation, Ihad very good luck with them by mail. they provided a wealth of information thru Church records, and they were very prompt; the replies came within 10 days. I don't think that they're set up for anything but business by mail, but I could be wrong. A PP at Doneraile told me that Mallow has the same records that are available in the Churches, so this will save you a lot of running around. I was highly satisfied in my dealings with the Centre.
