A distant cousin who took family notes in 1939 spelled words as she heard them and how she heard them pronounced with a brogue. She gives Ballyderry/Ballyderrig Bridge as a place where one family lived. I know there is no such place. It would be near the general Mitchelstown-Glanworth area of Cork. Is there anyone on this list who might know what place this really is?
