My husbands g.grandfather, William Hird, is Henry 's brother. It seems that Henry learnt his trade and took over Williams butcher shop, after William left for Australia with his family. Do you have any more details on what happened to Elizabeth's daughter, Martha? Henry was one of 13 children - I have lots on them if you are interested.
