Coulson who served in the Civil War with I believe his brother William E. Coulson. Their father's name was John Coulson. William E. Coulson lived with his family in Ritchie County, WVa., later they moved to Gallia County, Ohio. There is also a rumor that William E. Coulson had two families, one in a county north of Gallia.
