I believe William E. Coulson had a brother, John E. or John A. who joined the army with William E. in Wheeling to fight in the Civil War. This picture may also be of him. I don't know of his whereabouts, but a John Coulson owned land in the Marietta area of Ohio, but that may have also been their father.
