Sarah, this is what I have on Marton Couch. Don't take as gospel as I have never tried to search this line. John Couch is the son of John Couch born before 1748 in Jamestown VA. He married Rebecca. She died 13 Marh 1840. Children: Thomas born 1770 William born 1770 Fefrie C. born 1775. I have never found this name before but he is on the 1820 census , page 785 for Buckingham Co, VA. Jeremiah, born 1776 and married Agatha Gibson in 1820 Marton, born 1780 David , born 1782 Lewis, born 1783 Nicholas, born 1784 Marchant born 1785, buckingham Co VA and on the 1840 censu, page 350 for Buckingham VA James born 1795 Seems as tho these had an active night time life.
