We got another good test result back today in group 5. This now give us 3 with 37 marker test, none of us match with the 37 marker and it still give us a 96% chance of finding a common ancestor within 300 years That is well within the time frame to connect to the old thomas and Elizabeth. The perfect match with the 25 marker test only have a 70% chance to find a common ancesto in 300 years. Now we alos have 75 dollars in matching money from FTDNA that has got to be used by 1 jan and they will allow 25 dollars of that for each test. If anyone would like to take they need to let me know and get a test ordered so I can tell them to apply 25 dollars of that matching money toward your kit. I know this is christmas time and money is tight but all we need is the kit ordered and get the money applied to the kit before the first it does not need to be turn in by the first. we also need to see the new comers to the list make a post. We need to keep this lits alive or the new one will not make a post
