Monday, February 5, 1990 ALBERT COUCH Albert Couch age 72 of 2115 Hamilton Eaton Road, St. Claire Township, passed away in his residence on Sunday at 7:30 am. He was born in Perry County, Kentucky, the son of Logan and Hannah (NANTZ) Couch. He was a member of the Calvary Christian Center Church. He was a Kentucky Colonel. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, in World War ll in 1945. He was a partner in Couch Brothers Market from 1944 to 1954 and then was the founder in 1954 of Al Couch's Market where he worked for 34 years and semi retired in 1980. In 1938 in Liberty Indiana he was married to Maude CALLAHAN. He is survived by his wife Maude, of Hamilton, three sons Jerry (Rita) Couch of Trenton. Ohio, Jack (Sandy) Couch and Gary (Judy) Couch both of Hamilton, three daughters, Mrs. Owen (Peggy) BAKER, Mrs. Paul (Judi) DEPEW and Mrs. Warren (Kim) MAYER, all of Hamilton, three brothers, Rex and Bill, both of California and Alfred (Bud) of Fairfield, five sisters, Mallie FRANCIS, of California, Alma BOTNER, of Florida. Pat ROBERTS of Hamilton, Elizabeth PANEL of Hamilton and Mary CORY, of California He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, two sons and a beloved granddaughter, Mindy Marie MAYER, in 1988.
