Ala. as Francis M. 1860 Census of Marshall co. Ala. as Marion 17 yrs old 1880 Census of Marshall Co. Ala as 40 years old Some place I have him listed as a Major. You say your Francis Marion Couch was in the 4 and 10 Alabama Callvary he was born 1835 Alabama My Eli Couch from DeKalb Co. Alabama had a Francis Marion b 1836 born in Lincoln Co. Tennessee The James Couch and Isabell Thomas also had a Francis M.
