Ron, I have to add this to your memories. O. G. Couch eldest daughter was Alice G. and she and her husband had a farm in Stone County, MO. There is a natural spring to side and back of the house that has always furnished the house with water. The water runs down by the side of the house and then on outward to form the beginning of a small stream. This also served as a place to keep perishable things such as milk, etc from spoiling. The house is now occupied by the youngest daughter and the spring still flows. Life is amazing. ellen
