I apologize for taking offense to your comment “If father and son they would not be a year apart.” It was a misunderstanding. Once you corrected me and told me Andrew was the son of Francis, I conducted the correct search online and came up with 2 Andrews with a father named Francis born around 1848. The 1847 one is closest. Unfortunately it could be there are no records which exist for his birth as it was not mandated until 1864. But it would it would be worth it to at least have a look at the 1847 one. Again I am sorry.
