    3. To all, http://www.groireland.ie/fees.htm "Credit Card/Debit Card payments can be made in person at Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (General Register Office), by fax to 090 6632999 or by post to this office. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards and Laser and Visa debit cards. Credit card/Debit card details sent by post or fax are sent at the cardholders own risk and Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (General Register Office) cannot accept responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by the loss or interception by third parties. Credit card/Debit card details should not be sent to this office by e-mail. " Hope this explains it. There are 3 options: 1. in person 2. fax 3. by mail To Clarify: An uncertified copy gives you the exact record but it can’t be used for any legal type purposes, such as application for dual citizenship. So basically, 4 Euro gets you a copy of the original to look at. Regards, Michael Kelly Emporium, Cameron County, Pennsylvania, United States of America
